Principal D. Tulasi Jyothi announced that for the 2026-27 academic year, an entrance examination for admission into Classes 7, 8, and 9 at the AP Model School in Venkatagiri will be conducted during the first week following the school’s reopening after the summer holidays; students who achieve the best results in this examination will be selected for admission.

Acting in accordance with the directives of the Commissioner of School Education, she stated that these entrance examinations are being conducted to fill the vacant seats available in Classes 7, 8, and 9 for the upcoming academic year, and clarified that there is absolutely no provision for the direct allocation of seats to any candidate.

Eligible students seeking admission to these respective classes are required to apply by paying the prescribed entrance fee, either in person at the school or through the online portal.
She further informed that the results of the entrance examination would be declared subsequent to the conduct of the test, and that admissions would be processed only thereafter.
